Semaya One Fast boat

Semaya One fast cruise started operating in 2012.
They are now offering daily departures from Padang Bai to the Gili Islands and Lombok.
They also have departures from Penida to the Gili Islands and Lombok.

This Indonesian owned and managed company specializes in regional cruise ship operations besides their fast boat service. Recently, they launched their newest and largest vessel, the Semaya Victory, which now stands as the flagship of their fleet.

Hotel Transfers

Hotel transfers are available to and from most Southwest Bali locations, central Ubud, and on Penida. During the booking process, you can select your hotel location, and the boat company will confirm your pickup time shortly after booking.
 

Harbour locations

In Bali, the boat docks in Padang Bai Harbour.
In Lombok, the boat docks in Bangsal Harbor.
In Gili Trawangan, the boat docks at Gili Trawangan Ferry Terminal.

Luggage allowance

Each passenger is allowed up to 25kg of lugguage plus a small carry-on bag.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

Semaya One have a super flexible, easy cancellation and refund policy:

• Cancellation up to 24 hours before departure = Full refund minus 10% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation within 24 hours prior to departure = 50% refund.
• No show = no refund.
• For return tickets, the cancellation policy will apply based on the first departure. 

In cases of unexpected illness etc., exceptions can be considered if doctor's notes/other proof can be provided. Contact Semaya using their details found on your e-tickets. If you wish to change your travel dates with Semaya, you can do so for free (subject to availability), up to 24hrs prior to departure. If you need to change your route or boat carrier entirely, please contact us direct for assistance.

Note: Charters and large Group bookings (10+) may be subject to different cancellation terms seasonally.
