Harbour locations
Wijaya Perkasa depart from Padang Bai harbour in Bali. For check-in, please go to their counter at Warung Sari laut.
The boat departs from Bangsal harbour in Lombok. For check-in, please go to RM BANGSAL INDAH.
For check-in in Gili Trawangan, please go to Evolution Bar & Japanese Restaurant.
For check-in in Gili Air, please go to Gili Air harbour.
For check-in in Lembongan, please go to Wijaya office at Jungut Batu Harbour.
For check-in in Penida, please go to Wijaya office at Buyuk Harbour.
For check-in in Sanur, please go to Wijaya Buyuk office at Jl.Matahari Terbit Sanur Bali.
Luggage allowance
The maximum allowance per passenger is up to 20kg check in (of usual proportions) and a hand carry baggage. Excess luggage will be charged extra.
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
Wijaka Perkasa have a flexible, easy cancellation and refund policy:
- Cancellation up to 24 hours before departure = Full refund minus any charges applied to make the refund (see the general Terms and Conditions for cancellation charges).
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure or No show = no refund.
If you wish to change your travel dates with Wijaka Perkasa, you can do this for free (subject to availability), up to 24 hours in advance.
